A restorative massage that requires NO “flipping over” onto your stomach or laying on your face to receive full restorative benefits. Essential oils specifically selected to encourage balance, mental clarity, and increase lymphatic flow.  
Session Focus: Upper body. Specifically the face, neck, chest, front and back of shoulders. Additional benefits are: Increases lymphatic flow and eases sinus congestion. For  your additional comfort, soothing WARM towels with essential oils will  be applied to the face and chest while your feet are heavenly massaged.

1 hour: FOOT REFLEXOLOGY with full Calf & Foot MASSAGE:

This very therapeutic session  is followed by a relaxing full calf and foot massage using essential  oils and hot towels to help facilitate further healthy blood circulation  and deep muscle relaxation. $95 

Suggested “Add ons” for your “FLOW & FIRM“ Massage:

Aromatherapy-
Add an essential oil to enhance your massage experience. The essential oil will be added to your drinking water, face cradle and massage cream to heighten and enhance your experience.  Oil choices improve: RELAXATION or CIRCULATION. $12.

Foot Scrub-
A  Fruit Enzyme Scrub is massaged and removed with Warm Towels and  followed with a “Body Quencher” body hydrating serum and skin  conditioning oils. $12.  

Body “Scrub RUB”-
Your  FULL BACK and FEET will be scrubbed after your massage, using a Fruit  Enzyme Scrub to help remove dead skin build up followed by WARM TOWELS  and application of a “Body Quencher” hydrating serum and skin  conditioning oils. $45. Can be added to the 1 hour “Flow & Firm”.

This experience is both a MASSAGE+ENERGY BODYWORK session! This is a very unique and customized treatment designed for your personal integration of the MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT. The session’s objective is to RELAX, RELEASE, & RESTORE. Your session supports the health, power and balance of your WHOLE SELF.
